Food Allergy and Liability Notice
Important Information About Allergies
Â
We take food safety and dietary requirements seriously and make every reasonable effort to accommodate allergies and intolerances when they are communicated to us in advance.
However, please be aware that our food is prepared in environments where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, shellfish, and other ingredients are present. As a result, we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
Â
Client Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the client to inform us clearly and in writing of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or food intolerances for themselves or their guests before the event.
Failure to disclose this information may result in the inability to safely accommodate specific dietary needs.
Â
Cross Contamination Risk
Despite strict hygiene procedures and careful food handling practices, there is always a risk of cross contamination due to shared preparation areas, equipment, and service environments.
By using our catering services, the client acknowledges and accepts this risk.
Â
Consumption and Service Conditions
All food is intended to be consumed during the event and under proper service conditions.
We cannot accept responsibility for any food once it has been removed from the event location, left unrefrigerated, or consumed outside of the agreed service time.
Â
Liability
While we comply with all applicable food safety standards and regulations, we do not accept liability for any adverse reactions, illness, or consequences arising from undisclosed allergies or individual sensitivities.
Nothing in this notice excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
Â
Acceptance
By confirming a booking with us, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Food Allergy and Liability Notice.
