Terms & Conditions
Booking Enquiries
Â
Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. All enquiries are subject to availability and will be followed by a personalized proposal outlining menu options, service details, and pricing.

Proposals & Quotations
Â
All proposals are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be subject to adjustment after this period due to changes in ingredient costs, staffing requirements, venue conditions, or event specifications.
Â
Tastings
Â
Where applicable, tastings may be arranged prior to confirming the final menu. Tasting fees may apply and will be communicated in advance. Tastings are intended to assist in menu selection and may not represent the exact presentation of dishes served at the event.

Booking Confirmation
Â
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of:
• A signed agreement
• The required deposit
No event date will be reserved until both requirements have been fulfilled.
Â
Deposits & Payments
Â
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total event value is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Guest Numbers
Â
The final guest count must be provided at least 7 days before the event.
This confirmed number will be used for final invoicing and cannot be reduced thereafter.
Should guest numbers increase after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate the request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Â
Menu Changes
Â
Menu selections should be finalized no later than 14 days before the event.
Any requested changes after this date may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or menu items with alternatives of equal quality should unforeseen supply issues arise.

Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Â
Clients are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or food intolerances before the event.
While every effort is made to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen free environment and accept no liability for allergic reactions.
Â
Venue Access
Â
The Client is responsible for ensuring that adequate access, utilities, permits, and facilities are available at the event venue.
Delays or limitations caused by venue restrictions may affect service delivery and are beyond our control.
Â
Equipment & Property
Â
Any equipment, serving ware, décor items, or rental pieces supplied by us remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
The Client assumes responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the event and may be charged replacement or repair costs.
Â
Event Experience
Â
Every gathering is unique. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to service logistics, staffing, timing, presentation, and operational details where necessary to maintain the quality of food, service, and overall guest experience.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, the client’s financial liability is determined by the date written notice is received relative to the scheduled event date:

More than 30 days prior: The client will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.

15 to 30 days prior: The client is liable for 75% of the total contracted value.

7 to 14 days prior: The client is liable for 90% of the total contracted value.

Less than 7 days prior: The client is liable for 100% of the total contracted value, and no refunds will be issued.

Force Majeure
Â
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.
Â
Food Safety
Â
All food is prepared and served in accordance with applicable food safety standards.
We cannot accept responsibility for food consumed after service has concluded or for food removed from the event premises.
Â
Photography
Â
We may photograph food, tablescapes, floral arrangements, and event setups for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client.
No identifiable photographs of guests will be used without permission.
Â
Limitation of Liability
Â
Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the event.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
Â
Acceptance
Â
By signing the agreement and paying the required deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
