As Macaw's Founding Partner & Executive Chef, Geraldine brings her passion for cooking, creativity, and hospitality into every experience we create. With a natural curiosity for flavours, techniques, and new ways of bringing food to life, she loves experimenting in the kitchen and transforming simple ingredients into thoughtful dishes that tell a story.
 Her love for cooking is reflected in every menu she creates, blending creativity, warmth, and a deep appreciation for the joy that comes from gathering around a table.
Macaw's is a reflection of that passion and a piece of her heart, built as a family legacy for her daughter, Azariah. Through every dish and every experience, Geraldine continues to create something rooted in love, connection, and the belief that the most memorable moments are always shared with good food and great company.

Inspired by flavours from around the world, our menus blend contemporary cuisine with refined styling to create memorable moments. As Macaw's Founding Partner and Strategic Advisor, Marsha brings a thoughtful blend of leadership, compassion, and vision to the heart of the business. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, she has always been deeply connected to family, community, and the values that continue to shape everything Macaw's stands for.
At the age of thirty, Marsha moved to the United States with her son, Marc, to pursue her dream of a career in healthcare. She became a Nurse Practitioner, building a profession grounded in care, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. Today, she helps guide Macaw's with the same dedication, supporting its vision, growth, and long term success.
For Marsha, Macaw's is more than a family business. It is a way of giving back to the island she has always called home. Through her guidance, she helps preserve the warmth, culture, and genuine hospitality that define every Macaw's experience.

As Macaw's Operations and Creative Director, Marc combines strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for photography and visual storytelling. Born in Trinidad and raised in the United States, he served in the U.S. military, where he developed discipline, adaptability, precision, and the ability to lead with purpose.Â
After years of living and travelling abroad, Marc has brought his skills, creativity, and global perspective back to Trinidad, the place where his roots run deep and a place he proudly calls home. Through his role at Macaw's, he works behind the scenes to bring ideas to life, ensuring every detail, from planning to execution, reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. With a passion for capturing meaningful moments and telling authentic stories, Marc helps create experiences that celebrate the warmth, culture, and vibrant spirit of the Caribbean.

As Macaw's Brand and Social Media Director, Alice brings together international hospitality experience with a passion for storytelling, design, and creating meaningful connections. Originally from Italy, she has lived in the United Kingdom, Spain, and now Trinidad, bringing a global perspective shaped by travel and cultural discovery.
Her background in hospitality, including her experience as a flight attendant and Cabin Service Supervisor in Europe, has given her a deep understanding of exceptional service and the importance of every detail. Coming from a family winery in Italy, Alice has grown up surrounded by the world of wine, food, and the stories behind them. Today, she brings that passion to Macaw's, shaping the brand’s identity and sharing its experiences through thoughtful creativity, and a genuine love for bringing people together.
